Warburtons - Gluten Free Bakery Washroom Sump

Design, procurement, construction and commissioning of a new sump for Warburtons Gluten Free Bakery, Newburn. Sump complete with stainless steel grid covers and aluminium baskets to capture waste products from the bakery production in a controlled area; successfully reducing environmental impact and facilitating easy collection of the waste for disposal.

Design, procurement, installation and commissioning of a new process system that has created a 'semi automatic production process' resulting in doubled production capacity, increased control and reduced manual handling risks.

Planning, management, co-ordination and safe removal of major PCB surface mount production process line, whilst maintaining full production capability with zero impact on plant and production operations. We worked to strict safety, operational and space constraints.
